I'm Hanif – a London-born Muslim in my forties, blessed with a wonderful wife and four kids to keep me on my toes, alhamdulillah.

Life's been full of interesting turns lately, including an upcoming relocation to the UAE (it was supposed to be Turkey!), and I thought I'd share some of my experiences and thoughts with people who have similar interests.

I'm planning, insha-Allah, to write about:

• Health and wellbeing for dudes in their 40s

• Family life and growing older (and wiser, of course!)
